Bryan Sinclair is a bagpipe maker with over 8 years experience and a player with a few more years on top of that. He began playing at the age of 8 with the 231st Glasgow Boys' Brigade.
Based in Auchterarder, in the heart of Scotland, he has travelled all over the British Isles and abroad playing bagpipes, including trips to Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and the USA.
Bryan also has a number of years experience of tuition, on a one to one basis and in a group setting. In 2010 he co-wrote and delivered a 7 week structured piping and drumming course for the Glasgow Battalion Boys' Brigade. The course has been run annually since and over 100 boys have benefited from the tuition it delivers. As a result of his hard work and commitment he was appointed the Music Convener for the Glasgow Battalion and in this voluntary capacity he does a fantastic job promoting and encouraging participation in, not only piping but all musical events across Scotland within the organisation.
